There were more than 250 people in the church at the time, officials said. Tim Rodgers, a prosecutor in the Tarrant County district attorney’s office, said in a...

What caused the company to change its mind?Colt Manufacturing Company has begun to sell its popular AR-15 modern sporting rifle to civilians again. In June, the company did a complete 180-degree turn after it had exited the civilian market for modern sporting rifles last September. At that time, the company announced via a statement from its president and CEO Dennis Veilleux, “the market for modern sporting rifles has experienced significant excess manufacturing capacity. Given this level of manufacturing capacity, we believe there is adequate supply for modern sporting rifles for the foreseeable future.” However, Colt Manufacturing, which was founded by...

The once prestigious Lancet medical journal has published a bizarre book review asserting that “white Americans continue to mobilise to maintain or extend the exclusive advantages whiteness offers those who can become white.” The Lancet selected Rhea W. Boyd, a Minority Health Policy Fellow at Harvard’s School of Public Health, to review a 2019 book called Dying of Whiteness by Jonathan Metzl, whose thesis is that “right-wing backlash policies have mortal consequences — even for the white voters they promise to help.” In his book, Metzl argues that white mortality is up in the United States ever since the 2016...

A headline I read this weekend proclaimed that Virginia Governor Ralph Northam, the Klan-hood-wearing gent formerly known at VMI as “Coonman,” was “working on” possible gun confiscation in Virginia now that money on the Left has successfully buried his racism and bought the legislature for their party. Aside from the obvious commentary about what happens when Democrats obtain power, the headline suggests a far deeper problem confronting our country. It is only a matter of time before anti-constitutional forces seize control of the Senate, or perhaps the White House, and when they do, what historically American citizens consider to be...

Texas prosecutors said on Friday they would seek a murder indictment against the former Fort Worth police officer who shot dead a 28-year-old black woman in her home. "We have completed an initial review of the case, and based on the evidence we intend to ask the Grand Jury for an indictment of murder against Aaron Dean," Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney Sharen Wilson said in a statement. "We will prosecute this case to the fullest extent of the law." Jim Lane, an attorney representing Dean, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Did anyone else watch all the bombs Giuliani dropped on Hannity? Romania is the next really big thing to drop. Biden is DONE! No way Giuliani would be dropping this as strong and loud if it wasn't legit. Previously on Ingraham show he mentioned he saw the laundered checks. At the end he says for 30 years Biden has been selling his office to make $$$. Biden is done. Only question is will he be in jail or just "retired".

A manager for a prominent private security firm that provides bodyguards to Silicon Valley executives received a concealed-gun permit from the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office months after he made a $45,000 contribution to an independent committee supporting Sheriff Laurie Smith’s 2018 re-election, newly disclosed records show. The campaign contribution is one focus of an investigation by the Santa Clara County district attorney’s office into whether the sheriff gave out the coveted gun permits in exchange for campaign support, sources familiar with the probe have told The Chronicle. Prosecutors have served at least three search warrants in the investigation, raiding...

As Democrats continue to call on President Trump to put forward sweeping gun control legislation, the commander in chief said his administration will do nothing to hurt the Second Amendment, during an exclusive interview Thursday with Fox News' Ed Henry at the southern border. Henry asked Trump if he would "stand up" to the National Rifle Association (NRA) and the president said he would, so long as constitutional gun rights are not infringed upon. "I am [going to stand up to the NRA] if it's not going to hurt a good, solid great American citizen from keeping his weapon because...

Full Title: Trump expected to announce gun control legislation this week. But the substance of it is a mystery The Trump administration is expected to announce its proposal to curb gun violence as soon as next week. But after the Democrats' fiery debate on gun control, what President Trump will support is far from clear. The White House has been talking to a trio of lawmakers: Democrats Chris Murphy and Joe Manchin and Republican Pat Toomey. They all support tougher background checks. After the recent mass shootings in Dayton, Ohio and El Paso, Texas, Mr. Trump called for gun control...

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) warned that President Trump will lose in 2020 if he cuts a deal with Democrats regarding gun control. Roll Call reports that Cruz offered this observation while speaking to reporters at a Thursday breakfast. He contended that conservative voters will stay home if Trump and the Republicans as a whole cave to Democrat demands. He was asked about the possibility of Trump making a deal with gun control stalwarts Sens. Chris Murphy (D-CT) and Joe Manchin (D-WV). Cruz said, “We’re going to see record-setting Democratic turnout. The only element missing is demoralizing conservatives so they stay...
