Today the Senate is scheduled to vote on the motion to end the Democrats' filibuster of Texas Justice Pricilla Owen to the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. <p>SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - A state judicial watchdog group ordered a Contra Costa County judge removed from the bench Thursday after concluding his rude behavior was inappropriate and perhaps prejudicial.</p> <p>The Commission on Judicial Performance granted Superior Court Judge Bruce Van Voorhis 30 days to appeal its decision to the California Supreme Court.</p>
