The Biden campaign's national press secretary TJ Ducklo on Thursday refused to answer whether the former vice president has used a teleprompter during interviews or while answering voters' questions. Ducklo declined to answer, saying the question was an attempt "to distract the American people." The former vice president, 77, spoke with union members earlier this week and was filmed asking someone to 'move it up here' before answering a question. Biden's national press secretary told Fox News last night that the suggestion was 'straight from the Trump campaign talking points.
