In the wake of a prominent Second Amendment advocate’s shooting death this week, CNN’s Jake Tapper posted a tweet calling the loss “horrible” and offering condolences for Bob Owens’ loved ones. Owens, who edited the website Bearing Arms, was found dead Monday, leaving behind a wife and two young daughters. In response to Tapper’s tweet, a number of Owens’ critics shared their joy over his death. The anchor shot back with a couple of his own posts.
