WASHINGTON — Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh has calendars from the summer of 1982 that he plans to hand over to the Senate Judiciary Committee that do not show a party consistent with the description of his accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, according to someone working for his confirmation. The calendars do not disprove Dr. Blasey’s allegations, Judge Kavanaugh’s team acknowledged. He could have attended a party that he did not list. But his team will argue to the senators that the calendars provide no corroboration for her account of a small gathering at a house where he allegedly pinned her to...

1) More big breaking news, which further undercuts the Ford accusation, as well as media handling of it. A source has given me the email that WaPo reporter Emma Brown sent to Mark Judge, one person Ford claims was at the party. This email is dated Sunday, Sept. 16, 2018.... 7) So first, huge problem: This was just a week ago, and we have Ford giving two different accounts of who was present. Four boys. No, three boys, one girl. Either way, therapist notes from 2012 definitively say four boys, which Ford didn't dispute. But now... a girl! 8) Other...

Christine Blasey Ford has named several people who would be witnesses to, or have knowledge of, what she says happened to her. Patrick Smyth denies it. Mark Judge denies it. Brett Kavanaugh denies it. People have claimed these are all men who went to school together, so they must be protecting themselves. What about any female witnesses? Christine Blasey Ford said there was one. Her name is Leland Keyser. She was Ford's classmate. She was not an eye witness, but Ford said she had knowledge of the party and assault. I have obtained Keyser's attorney's letter to the Senate Judiciary...

The Senate Judiciary Committee has reportedly reached a tentative agreement for Christine Blasey Ford, the woman accusing Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault, to testify next week. The deal, struck hours after Ford's lawyer responded to an early afternoon deadline saying that she would testify before the panel, would have her testify on Thursday, according to multiple reports. The person briefed on talks between the Judiciary Committee and Ford's lawyers told the AP that talks would continue into Sunday. Tweet: Nicholas Fanos: NEW: Per multiple sources familiar, lawyers for Blasey Ford, Grassley and Feinstein have tentatively agreed to...

As the political fight over the sexual assault allegation made against Brett Kavanaugh intensifies, Democrats are indicating that -- even if confirmed -- they intend to drag the fight over his Supreme Court nomination past November, raising the possibility of an impeachment push.

Washington (CNN)Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley agreed late Friday night to allow the woman who has accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault more time to decide whether to testify before Congress. Apparently (per the article) the new deadline is 2:30 PM Saturday. God only knows if Grassley and the committee actually mean it this time.

Didn't see this posted. Watch the video...and see this crowd of women who support Brett Kavanaugh totally.

UPDATE: Approximately 90 minutes after the expiration of the 10:00 p.m. deadline, Chairman Grassley took to Twitter, where he made clear that, despite his repeated extensions, he is offering yet another extension to Christine Blasey Ford’s legal team, presumably until Saturday, for her to decide whether to testify, in line with attorney Deborah Katz’s demands:

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) said late Friday night that he is giving Christine Blasey Ford more time to decide whether to testify on her allegations of sexual assault against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. Grassley wrote on Twitter that he had "just granted another extension to Dr Ford to decide if she wants to proceed [with] the statement she made last week to testify to the [Senate]."

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley appears to have ended the halting talks with Dr. Christine Blasey Ford about testifying next week about her allegations of sexual assault against Brett Kavanaugh. After setting a sudden 10:00 PM deadline for agreement with his terms and rejecting further talks with Ford or her lawyers, Grassley has reportedly scheduled a Committee vote on the confirmation for Monday.

“Your cavalier treatment of a sexual assault survivor who has been doing her best to cooperate with the Committee is completely inappropriate.”

Radio host Mark Levin warned fellow conservatives on Friday evening that they should not rush to conclusions about the New York Times‘ latest story alleging that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein had plotted against President Donald Trump. He warned that Trump’s enemies might be trying to goad him into firing Rosenstein before the midterm elections by leaking information from memoranda created by former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, who was fired in March for lying. In addition, Levin cautioned conservatives to consider why the Times — with its record of inaccurate reporting on the Trump administration — would have wanted...

The Senate Judiciary Committee is postponing a high-stakes hearing set for early next week on the sexual assault allegation against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. The committee announced on Friday that the Monday hearing — where both Kavanaugh and his accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, had been invited to speak — was being called off. Instead, Grassley said in a statement Friday that he is giving Ford’s lawyers until 10 p.m. on Friday to respond to the GOP request for her to testify on Wednesday. If they do not, or if Ford declines to testify, Grassley said the Judiciary Committee will...
