A deranged man pointed his gun at more than a dozen, and opened fire at random drivers and pedestrians in Hollywood Friday morning. The Los Angeles Times reports that some thought the gunman at the intersection of Vine Street and Sunset Boulevard could have been part of a Hollywood production, until Los Angeles Police Department officers fatally shot the man down. What is most disturbing about this story, apart from the obvious horror, is that not one news account reported what one witness said the shooter was screaming: "allahu akbar." Not one news account. The media is the enemy. Check out the video here. One of the witness states that the shooter was repeatedly shouting "allahu akbar" at minute 2:42. This video is on the bottom right of the LA Times new story, but they don't mention it in their coverage -- neither does Reuters, CBS news, The Hollywood Reporter, KFAI, or any of the other news reports. LOS ANGELES – Officials identified Saturday the gunman who opened fire on a busy Hollywood street but were still searching for a motive behind the brazen daylight rampage, the Los Angeles Times reported.
