Florida Sen. Marco Rubio endorsed Mitt Romney for president Tuesday night on Sean Hannity's show on Fox News. "I am gonna endorse Mitt Romney. He offers such a start contrast to the president's record," the senator said. "I have zero doubt in my mind: No. 1 that he will govern as a conservative, and No. 2 that he will be head and shoulders above the president in the White House right now."
