  • Why Trading Land For Peace Is Destroying Israel

"No phrase represents more of a hope over experience triumph than the phrase 'Middle East Peace Process'. A close second might be the once fashionable notion that Israel should trade land for peace. Since everybody seems to be criticizing Israel for its military response to the rockets being fired into their country from the Gaza Strip, let me add my criticisms as well. The Israelis traded land for peace, but they have never gotten the peace, so they should take back the land."

  • KRAYDEN: With Trudeau fueling the war in Ukraine, we are marching to Armageddon

By contributing to the war in Ukraine, the Trudeau government is — perhaps unwittingly — marching us all down the road to Armageddon. This is by no means hyperbole. Even the academics who rule the Doomsday Clock have set the dial at 90 seconds to midnight. We used to hear all about that clock during the height of the Cold War, when liberals thought President Ronald Reagan was going to start bombing Moscow. But 90 seconds is closer than it's ever been. I have little patience for people — usually those with no defence experience or expertise — who insist...

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will miss Friday's national Remembrance Day ceremony in Ottawa to attend a summit in Cambodia involving countries from across Southeast Asia. Senior officials revealed the prime minister's planned absence during a not-for-attribution background briefing, saying Trudeau will leave late Thursday for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations meeting in Phnom Penh. The ASEAN summit, which is scheduled to start on Saturday, is the first of four international meetings that Trudeau will attend over 10 days. He will also attend the G20 in Indonesia, the APEC meeting in Thailand and a Francophonie summit in Tunisia. Officials said...

Producers of the drag queen competition series say the Prime Minister will make a special appearance on Canada’s Drag Race: Canada vs. the World. He’s the first world leader to visit the RuPaul-founded competition series, which has more than a dozen global spinoffs in countries including Sweden, Australia, Mexico and the United Kingdom.

The Federal Court will not hear challenges against the federal government’s vaccine mandate for air travel after dismissing them as moot. On Thursday, Associate Chief Justice Jocelyne Gagné granted the federal government’s application to dismiss the case, 10 days before it was scheduled to be argued before the Federal Court. The court was going to hear challenges filed by several applicants, including former Newfoundland premier Brian Peckford, People’s Party of Canada leader Maxime Bernier, and private citizens who were unable to travel by rail or air when the federal vaccine mandate was in effect. The Trudeau government imposed the mandate...

Smith claimed victory winning the UCP leadership contest with 53.77% on the sixth ballot. More than 84,000 votes were cast by the party’s membership, culminating a three-month race in Calgary's BMO Centre. Travis Toews came second with 46.33%. "It is time for Alberta to take its place as a senior partner in building a strong and unified Canada. No longer will Alberta ask permission from Ottawa to be prosperous and free. We...

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Canada will not be shipping natural gas to Europe to address the continent’s energy crisis. “Canada is a major oil and gas producer in the world,” said Trudeau at a Monday press conference with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz. “But because of our commitment to fight climate change, we are working very, very hard to decarbonize and develop other sources of energy that we can rely on and we can share with the world.” Trudeau said Russia’s invasion of Ukraine had two impacts on the world’s energy supply. The first impact was it made it imperative...

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has been offered the gift of his own likeness some 17 times since becoming prime minister, including once by the president of China. The portraits, along with a myriad of vases and wine bottles and Star Wars paraphernalia, are among the more than 400 gifts -- each worth more than $200 -- that Trudeau has declared to the federal ethics commissioner since late 2015.

I have had the great privilege of travelling to 40 American cities in just about as many states and to 15 European countries in the last four months, in the waning days of the great COVID panic, and I have learned many things about our great and self-conscious nation. First: I have not travelled anywhere else where the citizens and the government are more neurotically “concerned” about the pandemic. It may have escaped Canadians’ notice, but virtually nowhere else in the developed world is it now required to wear a mask, as is still mandatory in many of Canada’s airports...

Canadian researchers want to study how much carbon is released into the air from cow burps and farts. That study would open the door for the federal government to put a carbon tax on cow burps and farts like New Zealand implemented. In an interview with the Western Standard, University of Alberta researcher Cameron Carlyle talked about a new study he's putting together to measure the carbon released into the air from cow belches and toots. “I was just in a meeting … to discuss trying to put together a new project where we tackle that question because it’s an...

The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) has released further details about what will and won’t be allowed under its revised dress code expected to be enforced starting this fall. The new rules, unveiled Tuesday morning, allow for long nails, face tattoos, and coloured hair among other changes. Part of the changes mean members can wear intermixed uniforms as both the male and female catalogues are open to all members. "The Canadian Forces Dress Instructions are about 50 years old and so the policy as a whole was overdue for revision. The appearance of the Canadian Armed Forces has not kept pace...

9 p.m. UPDATE: Police will be holding the scene overnight. The bomb squad is on scene and nearby homes and businesses are still evacuated. Two suspects were killed in a brazen bank robbery Tuesday in Saanich, which also left six Greater Victoria Emergency Response Team (GVERT) officers with gunshot wounds after police and the suspects exchanged fire outside the bank. In an update shortly before 6:30 p.m. police said they did not uncover any further indication of a potential third suspect and lifted a shelter-in-place advisory. The 3600-block of Shelbourne Street remained closed while emergency crews awaited the arrival of...

Canada’s federal government paid thousands to influence American social media “thought leaders.” The Canadian Embassy in Washington, DC is forking out money to influence American “thought leaders” on social media, says Blacklock’s Reporter, adding the plan coincides with US media criticism of the recently invoked Emergencies Act against the truckers’ convoy. "The digital strategy would tell a cohesive story and lead to greater brand awareness across the United States as well as increased interest in Canadian activities,” diplomats wrote in a Statement Of Work. "A critical piece of this project would be to re-imagine digital diplomacy outreach beyond the Canadian...

Money and control are at the root of the dictatorial takeover of Canada. In addition to his desire for control, Trudeau was urged by Premier Doug (Thug) Ford to bring in the immoral 'Emergencies Act' because the blockade at the Ambassador Bridge was apparently costing the Ontario auto industry approximately $600 million a day. Car makers were pushing 'Thug' Ford to get the bridgevopen! What will hurt the dictator? A MONEY SQUEEZE! How to do that? In a short 2017 video clip circulating on YouTube, Klaus Schwab, head of the World Economic Forum and the global promoter of corporatist stakeholder capitalism, outlines how his subversive WEF movement has, to use his word, “infiltrated” governments all over the world. He makes special note of Canada. “I have to say, when I mention now names, like Mrs. (Angela) Merkel and even Vladimir Putin, and so on, they all have been Young Global Leaders of the World Economic Forum. But what we are very proud of now is the young generation like Prime Minister (Justin) Trudeau … We penetrate...
