In my opinion, the whole vicious circle of blame between tort-claimants, health care administrations, and insurance companies has become greedy.

An extra cat scan pays for the time waiting for the government to pay up and reduces the risks of malpractice.

Think about it...

Obama himself likely accounts for most of those YES votes. The Dems are salivating like mad dogs (even more than usual) at the prospect of facing Palin. It is the surefire way to ensure that the swing independent voters swing Obama’s way.

Consider this:

1. I believe only a woman can beat Obama and out of Sarah and Michelle, Sarah has the most energized base.

2. Let the Dems go after her...it would only serve to sink them because the most Independents are conservative leaning anyway and the Dems attacking Sarah only gives the Independents another reason to go GOP.

3. The midterm election was a precursor to where the sentiment of independents stand. With Obama's bomb on the economy, still at 9.1 unemployment; downgrade by the IMF; no compromise at all from Obama's administration with the present GOP controlled house; and the fact he plays golf every weekend...I mean, does any average American even think this guy is serious?

No Sir, In my opinion, Sarah may the only person to take on Obama.

I think you are right that Kucinich could make a run...but I disagree for the reason, which you said Obama has not been liberal enough. Kucinich is not a far leftie. He is the Democrat equivalent to Ron Paul...both having libertarian leanings. Kucinich would like to see the Federal Reserve and the IRS eradicated. In my opinion, that would be a good first move to getting our money house in order.

After 150 years of mormon leaders and members denigrating Christians, the mormon leaders have decided to co-opt the very name of "Christian". Joseph Smith founded his sect on his debasement of ALL Christian creeds but now that is to be swept away and the Christian Community is expected to accept the sect as being equal, even while Mormonism not only demands a "seat at the Christian banquet table", it demands to set the menu, control the guest list, collect the funds from the ticket sales, and choose its own non-Biblical unedited and false message from its chosen speaker, all the while whining about being persecuted. Correction Greyfox: There was no debasement from Joseph...only that the Lord said all you other churches were an "ABOMINATION." And I can certainly see in these threads why the Lord said it. The angst and disdain shown Mormons here do not resemble any Christ-like behavior to which I am accustomed to see within the people of my faith. The antics and bullhooey here is one of many reasons I told the PROTEST-ants to take a flying hike 25 years ago.

And you failed to mention, in your attempt to castigate Mormons for reaching out to Muslims, is that we do the same for everyone...even the "abominable" churches.

A heads up on Mike Pence...

In the beginning, Pence was going along with all the globalist legislation. He has supported many bills, now laws, that are repugnant to the Constitution during the Bush years. He has shown loyal support for the money cartels as well.

His embrace of the “Tea Party movement” may be a move that is motivated by the possibility that he knew his political hinny would be in trouble if he did NOT embrace them. IN other words, he may be pandering to keep his job.

But, I want to put emphasis on “MAY.” Why? Because I have not been able to discern if he has always been a constitutionist and the Tea Party gave him the courage (and backing) to come out of the closet. He may have played along with the Establishment during the Bush years to gather a footing in the power structure of Washington and the Tea Party movement gave him the way to project his constitutionist inclinations.

IN either case, until we know the truth, we should be cautious when labeling Pence as a constitutionist supporter. Being a major coordinator in his first bid for Congress, I believed in him once. I would like to believe in him once again.

I have been fighting in the political trenches for over 25 years. There is no greater implication for the meaning of moral fortitude as it should apply to the people of a great nation, as we see in this latter day, to what is happening to America.

May God bless us with a remnant that our nation may be spared in the oncoming prophetic utterance that must be fulfilled.

Yeah....so....what’s your point?

Not a stitch of pressure. We do not talk politics AT ALL from our pulpits or in our conferences. And I know many Mormons like me who would have never voted for Romney.

I am a Mormon and Mitt Romney is the last person on earth I would want in office. However, that goes for Sarah Palin too. Many "conservatives" (whatever THAT means anymore)are being fooled by Palin with her supposed support of Tea Party Patriots. The fact is, Palin is being used by the Establishment to reign in the Tea Party people to maintain the status quo of two-party politics.

The Tea Party movement started under the auspices of INDEPENDENCE. Therefore, the approach to our government should be from and independent position. However, we are being led, and the leaders of the Tea Party movement are being fooled, into the idea that we should take over the Republican Party. Mark my words: That will never happen!

We Patriots should stand on a platform that we will revive the Spirit of Independence. We should acknowledge that the government is not the REAL problem: It is who controls our government. And that would be banks, insurance companies, and multinational corporations....all under the guise of capitalism....which is not capitalism at all. These powerful entities have created an interdependency for small business, requiring them to play by the rules of big corporations, who rules are legislatively created by their own attorneys, hence, the writing of such bills submitted for the passage by our government puppets, hence, the control over our government.

And if you want the spiritual aspect of control, it is the "love of money" that controls our government and these money cartels are tied into international interests who, in turn, own other governments. The fact is folks, the whole world is being conditioned to "wonder after the Beast." IN other words, it is be conditioned to accept a New World Order, or whatever other terms used to describe this power and control over the worlds masses. And we who think we can stop this ALMOST invisible evil are saying to ourselves, "Who is like unto the Beast, and who can war with [it]?" In other words, where is the center of this power and how can we stop it?

Part of the problem in our activism is that we think we can stop this from coming to pass, or, at the very least stop this from incorporating America. We would be fools to believe this. America is already incorporated into it and is leading the way. Believe it or not. What we Patriots have failed to realize is that our planning has failed to incorporate what we KNOW the near future holds in terms of prophetic utterance. What we have been warned by John the Revelator and ancient prophets has not been taken into consideration in establishing a solid modus operandi. Hence, our movement has been confused by the many different factions and the newbyness of its members. And People like Jim Robinson and I, who have been in this for over 25 years feel like, at times, pulling our hair out trying to get everyone on the same track.

Well, when we begin to realize that we will not stop this Beast, New World Order, whatever you want to call it, from coming to pass FIRST, then we will never really know what effective actions to take. Elections will solve nothing. And even if we were to have a 40% incumbent replacement rate, nothing will change. Again, mark my words: The Health Care Law will never get repealed even if we voted in all Republicans.

No: If anything, we should be getting prepared for harder times ahead. We should be getting prepared for the eventual collapse of a world system that is doomed to fall on its own momentum and volition. Trying to stop it only delays what WILL eventually happen. .

Sense we are fighting a war like no other war has been fought, it will take some outside-the-box thinking in creating strategies to defeat it. I like to look at it like a martial arts technique: You use the momentum of the enemy to destroy the enemy as if you were not even there. Ponder upon this...you might be surprised at what kind of thoughts enter the mind. Regardless, we must realize that the enemy we fight today is like no other in the history of war. And the way this enemy will be defeated will be like no other defeat in the history of the world. But, remember this: If you do not PREPARE yourselves, as encouraged by the Parable of the Ten Virgins, you will either meet your Maker, become part of the enslavement, or survive underground to rebuild from the ashes on the other side of this impending doom.

And, as like anything else, you do not have to take my word for it. But, you should keep them marked, notwithstanding.

First, there is no "proof" that anything in the Holy Bible actually reveals the mind, will, and authority of God. If so, please, show me the "proof." And Elsie, do not try to quote scripture to me, trying to PROVE me wrong...you would be wasting your time.

Second,it does not take "proof" to know if something is true. The path to Truth is Faith. It takes real Faith to know if ANYTHING is true. But heck, we cannot even agree on what Faith is.

For all you Bible Thumpers who, for some unknown reason, believe that the pages and words in a book give you God's authority, which is a crock of fart beans, you cannot provide any more proof that your views and perspective on things are anymore the truth than ours.

Which is why my good Brother Restornu will fail yet again to persuade anyone here of his way of thinking...or to even have an honest discussion about it. There is no faith here being exercised, not even a "particle." Even a particle would require a "belief" first. There is not the slightest caliber of belief in these forums. Nobody here is willing to "give place for a portion of my words" when there is no "particle" of belief.

Restornu, you know I love you as a Brother in the faith, so I know you will not take this wrong. Please stop casting your "pearls before swine." These people here do not even come close to qualifying in reading the great and precious truths as revealed to a prophet from God. They mock God and His revelations. They laugh and scoff at sacred things. Why on earth would you give them your time? Even our missionaries pay no mind to such people.

All I ever want to do when I give place for this forum is to duke these suckers in the nose. So, I rarely participate. They stir up the wrong feelings and at times, I succumb to my anger. Heck, these people are not even worthy of my anger,let alone any rational approach to make discussion.

In closing Restornu, as long as these people want proof, they have no faith in God. Without the "particle," they cannot "give place..." I would move on...

My testimony of the Church became unshakable after reading many “anti-mormon” books in the first year of my membership. The Spirit of Discernment led me to understand the yellow journalism and outright deceitful tactics used by their authors that I found myself recognizing all such tactics throughout the years from those who sought to disparage our doctrines and faith. It still does.

Several members at the time discouraged me from reading such material as they supposed it might dissuade me from gaining a testimony from more conventional searches for the truth. What they did not know (and neither did I at the time)was that God was grooming me to become a defender of the faith.

I am inclined to apologize much for the many mistakes I have made in my life. Some things, like those “thorns in the side” that continually prick at my conscience as to remind me of the guilt I feel from never overcoming them through repentance, should serve to all who read this that we all have such experiences that justify our need of Christ.

But, I will never apologize what has been revealed to me by the Spirit of God; especially those things by which my defense of the church should come under any scrutiny, whether it come in the spirit of contempt, disdain, or even hate, or, by any honest inquiry which might serve to expand one’s search for truth.

Nowadays, I pick my battles carefully, lest I find myself becoming more short with those whose intent is discerned as gratifying one’s pride or covering their sins. I always thought as I get older in the faith that I would develop a stronger tolerance for those types. But, I have proven to myself over and over again that I seem to be getting less tolerant as I get older. It is one of those enigma’s that I consider a transgression of which I may never overcome.

Regardless, I am reminded of Heavenly Father’s demeanor in dealing with Satan. It was always firm, but never with disdain. We should consider such character when dealing with enemies of the faith. Because anybody less than an enemy should be greeted with the pure love of Christ.

Oh come on RM! You sit there day in and day out and watch these yeah-whos mock us. THEY are the ones who make it personal. They cannot even show a hint of respect. Their arrogance knows no end.
