Councilmen Garry Bredefeld who spearheaded the effort to have the motto put on the wall said " I respect that, some people don't want to have the motto in the chambers, felt it was divisive, I don't share that view; I think it's actually a unifying message. It's about faith values and patriotism. That's what our community's about; and that's what this reflects

It is a good overview of the situation.
Based on my report, prices will go up more than just 6 cents a gallon. I guess we’ll all have to wait and see.
