Did he crumble her paper and throw it away? Let her go elsewhere if that pharmacist wants nothing to do with it.
He refused to transfer her presciption from his employer, KMart, to Walmart, although the Walmart pharmacist requested it. He was disciplined by the Wisconsin Pharmacy Board. I would assume he's appealing their decision.

The state pharmacy board disciplined him for his actions. He may want to be more careful when choosing his employer to avoid having to be asked to fill birth control prescriptions.

There was a recent case in Wisconsin where the pharmacist refused to fill a prescription for birth control and refused to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy.
The doctor on MSNBC said the Pope may have had a catheter--that's why my very ill brother-in-law spent a week in the ICU. He has a catheter and got a bladder infection on top of pneumonia. He survived, but he may be stronger than the Pope, but only marginally.
I know--but my very ill, post stroke brother-in-law is recovering from pneumonia and a urinary tract infection. He spent a week in the ICU before he started to recover, so I know how serious this can be.
It doesn't mean he's not stable--in that his condition is unchanged--but at his age and his weakened condition, this isn't good. What concerned me was his extreme weight loss--41 lbs in 5 weeks--along with a UTI. I'd like to know exactly what they mean by 'cardio-vascular collapse.'

Heart attack or congestive heart failure? Reuters and AP are saying the Pope has suffered a cardio-vascular collapse (via MSNBC). I didn't get the name of the Vatican spokesman.
David Gibbs, the Schindler's lawyer, only filed for a temporary restraining order, not for a de novo hearing. What the congresscritters appear to be angry about is that the judge failed to give the Schindlers something they didn't ask for in the first place. It's posturing.
DG, here's a few more exclamation points which you may use at your own pleasure: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
