Catholics couldn’t attend the Ivy colleges, either.
Hence, they created Fordham university.
Also, according to my limited knowledge of Catholicism, Catholics couldn’t charge other Christians interest on loans, so the job (career opportunity to some) was open to non-Christians, ie. the Jews.
So, Christians were forbidden from engaging in what probably seemed like a very lucrative opportunity and envy being what it has universally been, resentment no doubt tagged along with the fact that the Jews were the ‘money lenders’.
Finally, if you visit Jerusalem today, there are very deeply orthodox neighborhoods that are virulently anti-anybody except other orthodox Jews, and that prejudice applies to Christians, Muslims, and secular Jews alike.
“No animus whatsoever.”
Uh huh!
I’m no Powell apologist, and no Wood fan, but I certainly believe there was obvious election deception evident that no court in the land wanted to touch with a ten foot pole.
I have no idea what real evidence of cheating exists. Nor do you.
But, to quote others “Where’s there’s smoke there’s fire.”
By your broad indictment of her motives, and in order to maintain your logic, you must believe that President Trump is guilty of actionable fraud as well.
Fraud may be a part of legal malpractice that the court might find actionable, but your opinion about this non-fraud (as determined by the court of appeals) rose to the level of neither.
Precision of words and thought are appreciated here.

Perhaps the unlearned jurists on the court of appeals should put you on speed dial when they need a correct understanding of legal fraud!
Until then, they’re right and you’re wrong. LOL
Try not to let your unhinged vitriol towards Powell unreasonably influence your vast depths of legal knowledge.
In law, fraud is intentional deception to secure unfair or unlawful gain, or to deprive a victim of a legal right.
What unfair or unlawful gain did Ms. Powell receive, and which person(s) and legal right(s) was she supposed, by you, to have deprived others?
Just asking for a friend.

Great.
What could possibly go wrong?
In 1984 I did a Wednesday night Bible class on some material my wife was required to read in a Psychology class she was taking at a major state University. It reviewed Chinese research that was being done at the time to find if human fetuses could be carried in cow wombs.

Just what we need.
A Unitarian Universalist squish from the church of the Great Wishy Wash telling the rest of the nation that we have a Christian obligation to do this.
Well, Mary, once I filter the pagan-Buddhist-animist-indigenous religiosity that you espouse out of the equation, I’m left with the knowledge that you don’t know your elbow from your donkey (is that an ass?).
