I need help with the wording of a request for the complete financial statement of a public corporation. I suspect that there is some off budget activity and assets that may not appear on the released statements. How can I word a request so there is no wiggle room for them to hide anything?

While watching Fox News tonight, the brush fires in Florida, and remembering how firefighters use a protective blanket if they are overtaken by the flames, I wondered why someone has not developed a similar tarp or multiple coupling tarps to protect houses.
