Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has been taking criticism from pro-life voters for his repeated claims that the Planned Parenthood abortion business does “good work†and “wonderful things.†Today the head of the abortion company took notice and said she appreciates Trump’s kind words about it. “This is one thing I agree with Donald Trump on,†Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards said. Below is the transcript and video of Richards’ interview with MSNBC:

Tonight Donald Trump had a rally in Beaufort, SC, and while on stage, he repeated his campaign’s earlier fabrication where they attributed a quote to Senator Tom Coburn that he never said. The fake quote was identified and debunked by Jake Tapper, it was written about at multiple sites including here, and the offending Tweets were deleted; surely an admission of guilt. Even so, some two or more hours later, Donald Trump went ahead and repeated it and pretended that it was true in his ongoing effort to dishonestly smear Ted Cruz as, get this, dishonest.

Former Sen. Tom Coburn is angry about being quoted in the latest Donald Trump attack on Ted Cruz. Coburn called the quote an "absolute fabrication." As part of his never-ending criticism of Cruz, Trump's Twitter feed retweeted and pushed a quote ostensibly from Coburn criticizing Cruz as "one of the most dishonest people" in Washington. Coburn never said this. ----snip--- Trump retweeted his social media director Dan Scavino, in turn quoting Coburn talking about the Texas senator. "He is, without a doubt, one of the most dishonest people in D.C.," read the quote Scavino attributed to Coburn. However, the quote...

Here we are in a Republican primary, and Donald Trump, out of the blue, starts blaming the Bush family for 9/11, for knowing that the intelligence was made up, that there never were any weapons of mass destruction, and they knew it, Trump said. Michael Moore doesn’t even say that… On the stage at a Republican debate, Donald Trump defended Planned Parenthood. Not the abortion stuff, he said, but the fact that they do great things for women’s health. Folks, there were a number of occasions where Donald Trump sounded like the Daily Kos blog, where Donald Trump sounded like...

Been here since 98, which is why I don't toss out the "I've been here longer so shut up" tactic that sadly has reared its head a lot lately. When I try it- some class of 97 guy kicks my arse and calls me noob. (yeah, old joke but I laugh) Been lurking more than posting lately but wonder where we all stand on things in this race and on Free Republic. ------------------------------------------------------- 1. Betweeen Cruz, Rubio, and Trump only...please list in order of preference if they were your only choices for president. 2. Are the current flame wars on...

A New Hampshire veteran is upset after school officials asked him to remove the word "Christmas" from an annual town tradition. John Fletcher, the commander of the American Legion in Marlborough, New Hampshire, wrote an editorial in the local paper after he said the superintendent barred him from promoting the event to students unless he changed the name of the event. "I was very upset, I really was," Fletcher said. "If it's not a school sponsored activity, I don't understand why 'Christmas' had to come out of 'Christmas Tree'." Fletcher, who also raises money to buy gifts for children who...

A man, who just two years ago was the poster boy for the Far Left media attacking the U.S. government's No-Fly list as unfairly targeting Muslims, finds himself and several family members sitting in a Turkish prison -- arrested earlier this month near the Turkey-Syria border as members of an ISIS cell. It's a long way from 2013 when Saadiq Long's cause was being championed by MSNBC's Chris Hayes, Glenn Greenwald, and Mother Jones, and was being represented by the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) terror front.

Kim Davis, the Kentucky clerk who went to jail for refusing to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples, met with Pope Francis last week during his visit to the U.S., Davis' attorney Mat Staver told CBS News. According to Staver, the two met briefly last Thursday, September 24, at the Vatican Embassy in Washington, D.C. Staver said Pope Francis spoke to Davis in English and asked her to pray for him. He said Davis, in return, asked the pope to pray for her. The pope told her to stay strong, according to her lawyer.

As time passes people to seem forget the facts in this case. I read the entire DOJ report and was amazed at what the media ignored. To this day people still cite the white construction workers who said Brown had his hands up...but they leave out that these same workers also claimed 3 cops were chasing Brown and that 2 were shooting at him. For more info, I created the following. Hope you find it useful as the debate reignites about #MikeBrown PART 1: PART 2:

Feeling down about the Catholic Church and the homosexual marriage ruling? Give a listen to this Maryland priest's sermon. He goes after homosexuals in the priesthood, Martin Omally, and unfaithful Catholics. He speaks about the truth of marriage being one man andone woman. Pray for him as he said what needed to be said and may pay the price for it.

I've seen many people have sucess at moie names knowing only a fdistant memories. Im hoping you can help me with an old video arcade game. This was after pong but just before/during space invaders if I remember correctly. It was a game similar in graphics to asteroids that had two spaceships defending a group of ten or so fuel containers. The game lasted as long as you were able to keep wave after wave of enemy ships from stealing all the containers. My brother and I loved this game with one of us camping our ship near the containers...

A Sikh student from New Zealand who broke strict religious protocol by taking off his turban to help save the life of a child hit by a car has been heralded as a hero. Harman Singh, 22, removed his turban to cradle the bleeding head of a five-year-old boy who had been struck on his way to school in Takanini, South Auckland. Could not fit actual title due to length. Title should read: Touching moment a Sikh man breaks strict religious protocol and removes his turban to help save life of a five-year-old boy who was hit by a car

As reported by Kristinn Taylor at Gateway Pundit "Alix Bryan, a social media employee with WTVR-TV, the CBS affiliate in Richmond, Virginia, is being investigated by station management for filing a false fraud report to GoFundMe against Memories Pizza" GoFundMe is an online fundraising tool that was being used on behalf of the restaurant. The restaurant had been forced to close due to threats that were made after stating that, while they would serve gay customers, they would not cater a homosexual wedding. What is strange about Ms. Bryan worrying about the misuse of GoFundMe is that she used the...

The Internet now allows anyone who cares to invest the time and trouble to become a political commentator with, potentially, many times the readership of the most long-established syndicated columnists. Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) plans to sign a Wisconsin bill banning abortions after 20 weeks and supports similar legislation at the federal level, he says in an open letter, a shift from his refusal to discuss the matter before his 2014 reelection. "As the Wisconsin legislature moves forward in the coming session, further protections for mother and child are likely to come to my desk in the form of a bill to prohibit abortions after 20 weeks. I will sign that bill when it gets to my desk and support similar legislation on the federal level," Walker writes to...
