I got picked to be on a jury last summer. During the interviews, I got to tell the defense counsel that my nephew was a state prison guard. I was dismissed.
The is a newspaper story about what was found after the pro-hamas "demonstrators" (terrorists in my opinion) were evicted from the university library. There are many pictures of the damage at the source.

Many of them are corrupt, I think, but I believe most of the money comes from insider trading, since they all have insider knowledge of regulations and govt contracts.
Funny how congress always makes themselves exempt from laws that may stop or slow down the gravy train.

Washington Metro police, 3 years later, are finally admitting that there were more than 12 undercover officers in the crowd, at least one of whom egged on the crowd. I think there were probably 5 times as many, most of whom were stirring up trouble.

To repeat, If by “disrupting” you mean peaceful counter protesting, then yes.
The difference here is PEACEFUL. The far left is allowed to engage in violent, loud counter protests, and are protected by police. When the right holds a peaceful counter protest, the police arrest us. This happens everywhere in the western world.
My BIL was a taxi driver in Eugene, Or. He picked up Walton at the airport several times to visit his orthopedic surgeon. He said that Bill was friendly and talked with him like an average person, not at all like a celebrity.

......plaintiffs’ federal constitutional rights.
No. No mere law or statute may negate a constitutional right. Is the North Carolina appeals court insane? Are they taking money, as well as the medical profession and schools?

A test run? How many test runs are needed? Israel has destroyed thousands of missiles and drones in the past ten years. How much more testing is needed?

I have severe sleep apnea. The initial sleep study found that I stopped breathing, on average, every two minutes, during obstruction episodes. My blood/oxygen would fall as low as 84% in that time.
It took me more than two years to find the right CPAP device and medication combinations to let me sleep comfortably. I don’t think six months is a long enough study period.
Reduction in sleep apnea events to near zero did not reduce my blood pressure at all.
Gee, I lived through the total eclipse in Oregon some years ago, and nobody had any problems. I don’t know what the big deal is now. The hub-bub seems pretty ridiculous.

Having worked in the secure facility guarding business, I think it’s a sure thing that this was an inside job. The many alarms that were not activated, or not responded to, makes it a sure thing.
