How do I win thee? Let me (re-re-re-)count the ways. I win thee to the depth and breadth and fight My trolls can reach, when stealing out of sight For ballots' bends and seeing an "ideal" ballot face. I win thee to the level of lawyer's prey Most riot greed, by one false-light. I win thee freely, as Carol twists just Right; I win thee purely, as Seven judge my days. I win thee with my fashion put to muse In my law briefs, and judicial activist faith. I win thee with a win I seemed to lose With my ...

Remember the White Bronco OJ led down the highway with police and media following him for hours? Remember Elian being taken to the airport to be flown back to Cuba and the police and media following him for hours? Now Gore is about to let the presidency fall to its lowest depths by allowing a media circus to follow these ballots from Miami-Dade/Palm Beach to Leon County. How many hours of these caravans are going to be broadcast on tv?

Must be willing to be honest for at least 2 weeks. Must be willing to call a conference call and tell Algore it is time to go. Must think our nation is more important than Algore's lust for power. Must believe "undervotes" are not votes that have never been counted. Prefer U.S. Senators or governors, but will consider prominant congressmen. REWARD: 2004 nomination for Democractic Party note: remember a certain Democrat who stood up in 1998 and called one of your own immoral? see how he was rewarded?

Maybe we can sort through this mess. From the Miami Herald, 11-11-00: In Broward County, an elections clerk said one survey showed 1,289 overseas ballots were mailed and 257 had not come back. But a second list showed 1,623 ballots mailed. That second list showed 575 ballots requested by Democrats, of whom 114 were military and 461 were civilian; 596 ballots requested by Republicans, of whom 209 were military and 387 were civilian; and 452 requested by independents, ...

Here are the options that I see to stop this madness: 1. Harris must certify the state tomorrow at 5:00 P.M. irrespective of what the court says. The Court has overstepped its boundaries...the Court has now decided it is the executive, legislative, and judicial branch. This is obnoxious. Harris must certify and if they hold her in contempt of court, they will NOT be able to address the "contempt" until after the Thanksgiving holiday. If they hold her in contempt, it becomes part of the record. Harris then makes a motion that the SCT abused its powers and it it ...

Yesterday, several of us pointed out during the FL SCT hearing as well as hours following that the Section 168 required certification immediately so that the candidate who loses has 10 days to contest an election. Section 168 also gives the winner 10 days to respond to the candidate who contests the election. Then a hearing has to be set within 7 days to rule on the contest of election. Justice Harding and even Wells yesterday kept alluding to Section 168 yesterday, but the Bush attorneys failed to do the math in court and say it should be certified on ...
