The real criminals are the record companies. They have have been robbing musicians and the folks that buy their music for years. It is the most cutthroat, backstabbing immoral industry there is. Their days are numbered and like the Democratic Party and the "Old Media" they are behind the curve, and they deserve everything they have coming to them. With digital recording, The WWW and distribution alternatives like CDBaby.com they have become redundant. Musicians don't need them anymore. Unless you're an old washed up has-been like Don Henley who stamp out some crap and belly up to the trough to rake in the bucks. I wouldn't even download that crap let alone buy it. It's not an either or situation. I don't have to buy anything. If I were them I would think about that before I went out and alienated what's left of my fanbase.

I was there for a few months in 2000.
