Even if this was taken on as an emergency case by SCOTUS and SCOTUS ruled it to be unconstitutional, do think FJB/DOJ/DHS would even remotely consider shutting it down???
When I read this story, my first thought was for the FHP officer (trooper?). Four punk wannabes, with their actions and their actions alone, forced him to do what he was trained to do. Now those four punk wannabes are dead and that officer has to live with that the rest of his life.
Prayers to him and his family that he is able to get through this, knowing he probably saved innocent lives and that these four brought this on themselves.

And there is the real threat to democracy. When one side (in this case, the leftists/democrats) with the help of the “watchdog” media, can use fear and intimidation to silence they’re opposition . . .
Just when you don’t think it can get any worse, when he’s addressing the Wounded Warriors (without signs or teleprompters), Dr. (I’m married to a man who took showers with his daughter and molests young girls) Jill, had to turn him around on stage so he was facing the crowd.
Can’t wait to see how the MSM will spin that “sharp as a knife/tack moment.
And he’s about to set a new record for votes. More than the Bamster, more than Shillary - even more than FJB 1.0.

Just to clarify, their talking about the HoR sending a referral to the DOJ, recommending prosecution of the DOJ for crimes that the DOJ has committed and the HoR is expecting the DOJ to comply with the referral to prosecute the DOJ for refusing to comply with a subpoena issued by the HoR?
