CINCINNATI -- More than 30 people are facing charges in connection to an illegal marriage immigration ring that reached not only the Tri-State, but across the midwest. The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced the arrests and indictments Tuesday morning. Officials say 33 people have been arrested and 26 were indicted by a grand jury. Demetrius Johnson, 26, was indicted Monday for allegedly participating in a group they are referring to as "the organization", who allegedly "facilitated numerous sham marriages within the United States." Anti-illegal immigration activists known as the Minutemen will spearhead a “Citizens Rally” from 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday and again from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday along Kings Island Drive near the Kings Island Resort & Conference Center. A man who is suspected of being in the country illegally is in police custody after a background check discovered fake documents. On Tuesday, 42-year-old Delfino Escalante-Hernandez went to the Hamilton County Justice Center for a criminal background check, according to deputies. That check revealed he is in the country illegally from Guatemala. He also has an address in Price Hill. Escalante-Hernandez was also allegedly found to have several pieces of fake paperwork, including a social security card and drivers license. He allegedly told a deputy that he had purchased the documents in Cincinnati. He will be transferred to immigration...

Three used car dealerships are charged with helping illegal immigrants illegally buy cars. Investigators say then that the salespeople at the dealers, which are on Route 4 in Hamilton, would impersonate deputies to collect payments. Deputies swarmed into Paul's Auto, Credit Auto Sales and Payless Auto Sales around noon Thursday. Two of the owners as well as employees and customers were arrested – 12-people in all.

Neighbors of a local apartment complex are outraged over an attack on two young girls. One girl says she was raped Thursday night at Milford Commons in Clermont County's Miami Township. Another girl says she was later abducted by the rape suspect's roommate. The rape victim was treated and released from Children's Hospital and was back home at the Miami Township apartment complex Friday night. I have never seen such flood damage, many have lost everything they own and only managed to escape with the clothes they were wearing. The Ohio chapter of Second Amendment Sisters will be holding a rally in Columbus, Ohio on Sunday, May 13th (Mother's Day) from 1-4 PM to counter a rally being held by the Million Morons. Our rally will be at Bicentennial Park located at the corner of Main Street and Civic Drive in downtown Columbus.

Today between 100-150 patriots met in Kenwood, Ohio for a pro Bush/Support the Constitution Rally. We were very energized and quit a few arrived before the scheduled start time. There were lots of very good signs. We were there about 3 hours and received much support from the people passing by,even a police officer went by and gave us the thumbs up sign. A few people showed up because they heard it announced on the radio. We had all 4 local TV stations stop by to film and interview us.

There will be another rally to support GWB and tell algore it's time for him to go. The rally will be near the Kenwood Towne Center Mall at the corner of Montgomery and Kenwood Roads on the public sidewalk. The time is from 1PM until... The Cincinnati, Ohio area had a Pro Bush/Support The Military/SoreLoserman rally today. We had a good turnout of about 150-200 people. We met on Fountain Square and marched around the streets for over 2 hours. Had lots of thumbs up signs from people passing by.
