Saw an ad today for a movie about Barry and Mo's first date. Having searched FR for previous posts on this topic, I found old posts from when the movie was in production. Seems it has finally made it to The Big Screen.

Yesterday Wisconsin State Republicans faced recall elections. Their crime in the twisted minds of democrats? These republicans voted to balance the WI state budget. As you all know, 14 democrat state senators fled our state to avoid taking the vote on that budget bill. Last night we learned that the recall elections from Tuesday August 9th, resulted in 2 of the 6 republicans being taken out of office. The count before the election was 19 repubicans to 14 democrats in the state senate. After yesterday's elections we now have 17 republicans against 16 democrats.

Anyone want to discuss this season's Top Shot? It just ended on Tuesday. I picked the winner from the first time I saw him and heard his background. Until the finale, I perceived the contestant George to be a total bleep, but after the finale was over, I changed my opinion somewhat,based on his odd behavior in the finale. I thought it was very interesting the bond he had with the winner of the competition. I missed a few episodes, so could someone explain why they all picked on Jaime so much? I have written to the trustee at the Alaska Fund Trust website (www.thealaskafundtrust.com) 4 times in the last 3 months. I asked her what the status of the fund was, because the last news I read stated that the fund was in limbo dealing with frivolous lawsuits accusing the fund of being illegal.
