NON-REPRESENTATIVE government was the reason our fathers began the 1776 Revolutionary War. Our fathers tried every conceivable method to get England, the king, to give them representation in English government. All attempts were ignored. And England continued to pass laws against them and enforced them They began to revolt. When England marched on our weapons in Concord our armed lines formed, shots were fired, war began. So many weak words from commentators and talk shows. Weak words are deceptive, since they obfuscate the actual issue. Fake elections are not a civil rights issue. Fake elections are not a question of...
  • When SCOTUS has original jurisdiction, follow the law

Why do We-The-People and DC, not obey USA law regarding SCOTUS original jurisdiction in current crucial Federal court proceedings? SCOTUS has original jurisdiction, when a State is a party in a court proceeding against DC law. Original jurisdiction means _only_ jurisdiction. No other court has authority to hear, much less decide the case. Article 3, section 2: “In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction.” Further, it appears obvious at law and by reason that the only element of US Judiciary which...

The country founded by our fathers is dead. So many _modernists_ articles posted already on this DC conquest, of a once free people. The heavily educated modernists _know_ that nothing evil has transpired as DC/USG shreaded the USConstitution, from the Reserve creation, Corporate Excise Tax of 1913 mutation into Individual Income Tax, Individual Withholding, Social Security, Medicare/Medicad, to DC complete control of individual HealthCare. We've come full circle and the majority of USAians don't really know what the root of the USSC decision; see above. USA has allowed the ongoing DC usurpation of the clear intent of USConstitution: a Federal...

The controversy over requiring voters to provide photo IDs has reached the world stage. The United Nations Human Rights Council is investigating the issue of American election laws at its gathering on minority rights in Geneva, Switzerland.. This, despite the fact that some members of the council have only in the past several years allowed women to vote, and one member, Saudi Arabia, still bars women from the voting booth completely. Officials from the NAACP are presenting their case against U.S. voter ID laws, arguing to the international diplomats that the requirements disenfranchise voters and suppress the minority vote. Feb...

I have a strong opinion about what to do with those thousands of Taliban supporters surrounded in Kunduz. It will both prevent bloodshed and administer proper justice. Surround the place with barbed-wire, and post guards around the perimeter (lots of heavily armed types). Allow women and children to come out. The others have earned a mandatory five year prison sentence for their part in murdering thousands of American civilians. No, I am not joking. The only downside is the target practice would have to stop. Prisoners are not to be terminated unless they try to escape.

Union hearing guarded by police in riot gear Copyright 2000 Nando Media Copyright 2000 Associated Press COLLINGSWOOD, N.J. (January 6, 2000 12:22 a.m. EST http://www.nandotimes.com) - Police in riot gear ringed a hearing Wednesday into whether the head of a Teamsters chapter in Philadelphia should be removed. Union president James P. Hoffa ordered in November that John P. Morris, 73, be removed as secretary-treasurer of Local 115 over accusations of weapons purchases with union money and intimidation of members. Morris attacked the ouster as political payback because he backed Hoffa rival Ron Carey for the union presidency. Morris won ...

WARS AND RUMORS OF WARS China's newest secret weapon Stealth missile could nuke U.S. cities without warning, says defense expert ------------------------------------------- By Charles Smith 1999 WorldNetDaily.com According to a congressional defense analyst, China is trying to acquire, and may well already possess, submarine-launched, supersonic land-attack cruise missiles -- weapons which, when deployed by Chinese navy submarines, could shower U.S. coastal cities with nuclear-tipped stealth missiles in a surprise attack that may not be detected until the first bombs are detonated. The Russian NPO Mashinostroyenya "Yahont" (NATO SS-N-26) missile "was put on sale in August during a Russian air show," ...

The warehouse will contain information from a diverse range of sources, including credit companies, retailers, electoral rolls, post office lists, car sales records and housing purchase records. The power of the warehouse comes from its ability to cross-reference information from many different sources. Detailed personal records therefore can be built up on anyone in the country. Its existence has prompted ...
