Yet, from a non-Catholic perspective, the preference for the Latin mass is, to us, like the Catholic Church’s former opposition to the bible being translated into all the different spoken languages in Europe before the reformation; puting the bible in the hands of all to study. The Catholic Church did not oppose vernacular translations, they opposed BAD translations, ands there were a number of them.

The Church will never fall: it will be here until the Second Coming; we have Christ's promise on this. The Church has survived numerous bad Popes, and it will survive this one. Many in the last 2000 years have announced the death of the Church but they are all dead now and the Church is still here, more than a billion strong. It'll take more than one misguided and mean-spirited old man to take her down. Well said and worth repeating.

The early Church did have “office” called “Deaconess” They were not ordained. Their duties involved treatme4nt of women and girls that need private treatment and preparing them (Dressing etc...) for full immersion baptism by those that requested it. ONCE AGAIN, THEY ERE NOT ORDAIEND, IT WAS A TITLE....

to ebb tide; Elsie
Your reading comprehension of my posts is lacking.
Like most of our separated Brethren Elsie has to divert the argument when he knows he has lost. It is sad that so many don't have the integrity to just admit their errors. Watch him attempt (feebly) to make a witty retort to this post.
Silly little man, you did not read very well. The point was that Jesus did establish a Church. Whether you believe that Peter was the head or not is a different discussion, but Jesus did establish a Church and that Church is the ONLY one guided by the Holy Spirit. Plain text in the Bible.
Of course I do, but not just one I have several. Is this your way of finally admitting that you don't read the Bible? Jesus "Building" his Church: Mt 16:18-19 – upon this rock I will build my Church. The Church is Christ's body: Col 1:18 – He is the head of the body, the church. The Church is speaking with Jesus own voice: Lk 10:16 – whoever hears you, hears me; rejects you, rejects me Guided By the Holy Spirit: Jn 14:16, 26 – Holy Spirit with you always, teach/remind you of everything
BTW this habit of your of using multiple posts to say one this is still annoying and shows ignorance.
