1st Kentucky Volunteer Rifle Regiment, Lieutenant John Williamson, was my 4th great grand uncle, brother to my 4th gr grandfather, Moses.
He was killed in this battle.

URGENT NEED for horse transport for evacuation in Bastrop County, TX. Barns that were used to house evacuees are now in the fire's path. Rt 304 still open both ways. Camped there last winter for 3 days. It was the only warm place in CA that week. It has a surreal beauty that grows on you. The RV rocked and jiggled often from the seismic activity.

Since it's a soil borne, opportunistic infection, it's not a surprise to find there would be an anecdotal association with the wind's massive disturbance of the topsoil.
