Former President Donald Trump must pay nearly half a billion dollars as a bond to New York State before he can appeal the ruling by Judge Arthur Engoron last week that he must pay $354 million in fines — over $450 million, with interest — for fraud. Critics have noted that Trump is the only person ever to be sued under an obscure New York fraud statute that does not require any harm be done, and that effectively criminalizes the everyday practice of real estate valuations in negotiations with banks. Though Attorney General Letitia James — who ran for office...

Former President Trump criticized Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis after she publicly admitted to having an affair with the top prosecutor on Trump’s criminal case in Georgia. “Fani Willis, the D.A. of Fulton County, just admitted to having a sexual relationship with the prosecutor she, in consultation with the White House and DOJ, appointed to “GET PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP,” he posted. “By going after the most high level person, and the Republican Nominee, she was able to get her “lover” much more money, almost a Million Dollars, than she would be able to get for the prosecution of...

Details of Quebec’s draconian new vaccine passport scheme revealed. Under Quebec’s draconian new vaccine passport scheme, unvaccinated people who visit large stores like Walmart and Costco will have to be accompanied by employees to make sure they don’t buy anything other than food or pharmaceutical products. Yes, really. The rule is set to apply in big box stores so as “to make sure they (the unvaxxed) do not go and buy other products or other items that might be in the store,” according to a CBC newsreader. ... In other words, in order to stop the spread of COVID-19, disgusting...

John Stokes is not alone. The otherwise-healthy student athlete developed myocarditis and is currently hospitalized. He developed these heart issues immediately after taking the second jab “I got the second Covid shot Tuesday and within four days I had been diagnosed with myocarditis,” he said. “And I was told I probably won’t be able to play my senior season now.” We’ve seen dozens of these stories on TikTok, Twitter, and other platforms, though Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube tend to delete or suppress them. The ones they do not take down are the videos of students or parents continuing to push...

I just got off the phone with a friend of mine who works for the US Postal Service. They were told today that ANY Pennsylvania mail ballot that arrives in a mailbox or anyplace else in the system must be forwarded to election officials by EXPRESS MAIL. They've been given a corporate account number for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and each ballot that arrives must be placed in the overnight envelope and forwarded (at a cost of twenty-six bucks to the taxpayer!) This includes fistfulls of ballots dropped in street mailboxes. Postal workers are having to repackage them and send...

This comes to me via the NJ Board here on FR. I believe it deserves wider attention. I have been advocating voting in person because it had been my impression that votes cast on Election Day would be counted that day. Apparently this is not to be the case here in NJ. (See the link I've given about or click here.) I still believe that voting in person is best for all Trump supporters so long as they have reasonable confidence that their vote will be tallied on Election Day. But it is obviously best to find out what is...

Violent Portland protests were once again declared a riot Monday night as Black Lives Matter militants tried to torch a police union building while chanting, “Burn it down.” Around 300 people — many wearing shields, gas masks and body armor — stormed the Portland Police Association Building as rocks were thrown at officers, according to police. “Power to the building was cut and flames were seen shooting up the side of the building,” the Portland Police Bureau said — just a night after a fire had been set at a precinct late Sunday.

Donald Trump declared war on the Republican establishment Tuesday, lashing out at House Speaker Paul D. Ryan (Wis.), Sen. John McCain (Ariz.) and other GOP elected officials as his supporters geared up to join the fight amid extraordinary turmoil within the party just four weeks before Election Day. One day after Ryan announced he would no longer campaign on Trump’s behalf, the GOP nominee said as part of a barrage of tweets that the top-ranking Republican is “weak and ineffective” and is providing “zero support” for his candidacy. Trump also declared that “the shackles have been taken off” him, liberating...
