After it was discovered that in the four FISA warrants on Carter Page, no court proceedings were held. Then we learned that there was an obscure part of the law that allowed Loretta Lynch to authorize the spying on her own. Then, within 7 days, she would have to apply to the FISA court, but since the spying already started, the FISA judge would have rubber stamped it. But, the next three applications also had no court proceedings, so that could mean Rod Rosenstein authorized the next three. If so, that would explain why his foot is jammed on the...

Embattled Justice Department official Bruce Ohr had contact in 2016 with then-colleague Andrew Weissmann, who is now a top Robert Mueller deputy, as well as other senior FBI officials about the controversial anti-Trump dossier and the individuals behind it, two sources close to the matter told Fox News. The sources said Ohr's outreach about the dossier – as well as its author, ex-British spy Christopher Steele; the opposition research firm behind it, Glenn Simpson’s Fusion GPS; and his wife Nellie Ohr's work for Fusion – occurred before and after the FBI fired Steele as a source over his media contacts....

"""FBI Raid Thomas Paine’s House, Point Guns At His Young Children; How an Award-Winning Reporter Became Thomas Paine""" I can say with certainty, my decision to journey back into journalism was made after the FBI pointed guns at the heads of my wife and children. I knew that first morning (the FBI actually raided my home twice and pointed guns at my family twice) when federal agents raided our home one definitive thing was going to unfold: These bastards — and their bosses — were going to pay for violating my family. My kids. My home. One way or the...

“The FBI only looked at 3000 of 675,000 Crooked Hillary Clinton Emails.” They purposely didn’t look at the disasters. This news is just out. @FoxNews 9:11 AM - 25 Aug 2018

Big story out that the FBI ignored tens of thousands of Crooked Hillary Emails, many of which are REALLY BAD. Also gave false election info. I feel sure that we will soon be getting to the bottom of all of this corruption. At some point I may have to get involved! 9:05 AM - 25 Aug 2018

Barack Obama has been quiet and the Clintons are always involved in things. It's no coincidence that Lanny Davis was Michael Cohen's attorney. I'm surprised that more isn't being discussed about how much Obama and the Clintons are directing the Mueller witch hunt. Obama hasn't even been asked about his FBI spying on the Trump Campaign, and what he knew.

Marilou Danley, the girlfriend of Las Vegas mass shooter Stephen Paddock, worked for the FBI, according to credit application data the Australian national reported as part of a loan application. That’s the same Danley whose fingerprints were found on Paddock’s horde of ammunition packed into unused rifle magazines. Publicly available intelligence obtained from consumer credit reporting bureaus show Danley claimed the “Federal Bureau of Investigation” as her place of employment. Interesting revelation. When contacted Friday, one FBI source said the Bureau “might have made payments to Danley but it is above my level,” the source said referring to access to...

In March, 2017, two days before former FBI Director James Comey testified to lawmakers that the bureau had an open counterintelligence investigation into President Trump’s campaign, former British spy Christopher Steele sent an urgent message to Department of Justice official Bruce Ohr hoping that “important firewalls will hold” when Comey testified. The text message from Steele, who compiled the infamous unverified dossier on Trump, was sent on March 18, 2017, to Ohr and obtained by SaraACarter.com from a government source, familiar with the ongoing investigation.

President Donald Trump questioned the validity of the ongoing Russia investigation on Wednesday after some of the agents who began the process were fired. “The Rigged Russian Witch Hunt goes on and on as the ‘originators and founders’ of this scam continue to be fired and demoted for their corrupt and illegal activity,” Trump wrote on Twitter. “All credibility is gone from this terrible Hoax, and much more will be lost as it proceeds.” Trump cited former FBI Assistant Director Chris Swecker, who said that the firing of agent Peter Strzok was a “step in the right direction.” “The action...

The Internet is full of information, some of it not well researched or considered, but every now and then a star appears on the horizon. To my mind the new star is Yaacov Apelbaum, who, using his considerable technical skills, has produced a masterpiece of well-documented analysis underscoring the nonsensical and partisan nature of the Mueller operation. He compares this effort by the anti-Trumpers to the plot line of the Dreyfus affair, where falsified evidence and suppressed evidence led to Captain Alfred Dreyfus’s conviction for treason.

Did the Central Intelligence Agency lead the Federal Bureau of Investigation down a rabbit hole in the counterintelligence investigation of Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign? Although the FBI’s case officially began July 31, 2016, there had been investigative activity before that date. John Brennan’s CIA might have directed activity in Britain, which could be a problem because of longstanding agreements that the U.S. will not conduct intelligence operations there. It would explain why the FBI continues to stonewall Congress as to the inquiry’s origin. Further, what we know about the case’s origin does not meet the threshold required by the...

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released 14 pages of FBI documents concerning the assignment of former FBI Deputy Assistant Director Peter Strzok to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s operation, showing that Strzok insisted on retaining his FBI security clearance before moving to the Mueller team and confirming that Strzok played a pivotal role in the flawed Hillary Clinton email investigation. The records were received in response to a December 2017 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit that was filed after the FBI failed to respond to an August 17, 2017, FOIA request (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. Federal Bureau of Investigation...

Government watchdog Judicial Watch expects the FBI to release a series of redacted documents Friday related to the FISA warrant used to surveil former Trump campaign official Carter Page. "The warrants are controversial because the FISA court was never told that the key information justifying the requests came from a minimally-corroborated “dossier†that was created by Fusion GPS, a paid agent of the Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee," Judicial Watch released in a statement. "In April, the DOJ told the court it was “processing for potential redaction and release certain FISA materials related to Carter Page,†and agreed to a...

Christopher Wray had something pretty interesting to say at a conference today: China, rather than Russia, is the “most significant” long-term threat to the United States, FBI Director Christopher Wray said Wednesday. During an interview with NBC’s Lester Holt at the Aspen Ideas Forum, Wray said that the FBI has economic espionage investigations in all 50 states that trace back to Chinese activity. “It covers everything from corn seeds in Iowa to wind turbines in Massachusetts and everything in between,” said Wray. Most of the forum focused on the FBI’s investigation of Russia’s meddling in the 2016 presidential election and...

A Clinton Foundation grant went to the Clinton-Bush Haiti Fund — but the latter group had only an office address in Washington, D.C. So what happened to the money? Here’s a question for which Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein, special counsel Robert Mueller, and former FBI Director James Comey may well know the answer to — but aren’t likely to want to talk about in public, under oath: Why did the Clinton Foundation send a $37 million grant for the Clinton-Bush Haiti Fund in 2010 to a Baltimore post office box when the CBHF told federal tax authorities that...

President Trump held an interview Monday with Sean Hannity from FOX News after his meeting and press conference with Vladimir Putin. President Trump: Before I won he said this is nothing and it can’t happen. It’s a very dishonest deal. We have to find out who did Peter Strzok report to because it was Comey and it was McCabe and there was also probably Obama. If you think Obama didn’t know what was going on, when you watch, and I said it today when you watch Peter Strzok’s performance, the lover of Lisa Page, the FBI, I tell you I...

Video at link. Peter Strzok of the FBI (Screen Capture) (CNSNews.com) - FBI Agent Peter Strzok, who worked on the Hillary Clinton email investigation and the investigation of possible ties between Russia and the Trump campaign testified under oath in a congressional hearing on Thursday that FBI agents can engage in some types of adultery. Strzok was asked “what action” he would take if he found out one of his subordinates was conducting an “extramarital affair.” “It depends,” said Strzok. “If it was against the FBI’s regulation in terms of if it was somebody in their chain of command, above...

Multiple reviews of whether FBI agents’ political bias affected the Russia-Trump collusion case remain in their infancy, but investigators already have unearthed troubling internal communications long withheld from public view. We already know from FBI counterintelligence agent Peter Strzok’s now-infamous text messages with his fellow agent and reported lover, Lisa Page, that Strzok — the man driving that Russia collusion investigation — disdained Donald Trump and expressed willingness to use his law enforcement powers to “stop” the Republican from becoming president. The question that lingers, unanswered: Did those sentiments affect official actions? Memos the FBI is now producing to the...

full title - Rod Rosenstein’s Right-Hand-Man Who Oversees Mueller Probe Abruptly Resigning from Justice Department The Justice Department’s senior-most career attorney, Associate Deputy Attorney General Scott Schools, is planning to step down for a job in the private sector, according to a source familiar with the matter. Schools works under Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and has had a significant role helping manage special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation. NPR previously reported his departure. As the highest-ranking career official, Schools has served as a key adviser on many sensitive matters within the department, including the firing of former FBI Deputy...
