Nebraskans have observed the Colorado flooding with detached concern, but their worries are about to become reality, at least if they live along the South Platte River. BOULDER, Colo. (AP) -- Days of heavy rains caused flash flooding in Colorado's Boulder County early Thursday that has closed streets, prompted evacuations, and left one person dead.
