ARLINGTON - Police are searching for a man who repeatedly ran over another man Wednesday morning in a north Arlington parking lot apparently because the victim owed him $10 for narcotics. A 30-year-old man and his 26-year-old female friend were injured in the assault, which occurred about 10 a.m. in front of several people in the Collins Centre shopping plaza south of Peach Street.
