Poland no longer Central Europe's leading car producer 07.02.2006 The Czech Republic has outpaced Poland in the car production sector, thus capturing the position of Central Europe's major car producer. Slovakia will shortly follow in its western neighbour's footsteps. All this irrespective of the fact that car production in Poland in 2005, totalling over 527,000 new vehicles.
