LONDON (AP) - A suspect wanted in Spain for alleged involvement in last year's Madrid train bombings was arrested Saturday near London, a day after his brother was arrested in Spain, police said. The Metropolitan Police Service said Moutaz Almallah Dabas, 39, a Spanish national, was detained in Slough, just west of London, for alleged terrorist offenses linked to the March 11, 2004, Madrid bombings that killed 191 people and wounded more than 1,500.
