WIESBADEN, Germany An American tank commander says he shot a gravely wounded Iraqi man to death last year because it "was the right thing to do." Captain Roger Maynulet (MAN'-yoo-leht) tells a military court in Germany he killed the unarmed man "to put him out of his misery" and that it was "honorable."
