Protests in support of Floyd have erupted across the nation, causing retailers such as Target, Apple, and Whole Foods to close their doors as looters ransacked their stores. Video footage captured a series of Target stores in Minneapolis being targeted by looters while other retailers have contended with damage to their storefronts.

Sacramento, Calif. (AP) -- State water managers say a series of late-season storms might allow them to deliver more water than expected to California's cities and farms. The Department of Water Resources released its final snow survey of the season on Friday. The state's snowpack has grown to 143 percent of normal for this time of year across the 400-mile-long Sierra Nevada. The department had estimated that it will be able to deliver water contractors 30 percent of their requests. The department's director, Mark Cowin, says the latest snowpack measurements could allow the department to increase that allocation.

PARIS - The Airbus A380 may have overcome its weight problem, but the full cost of beating the bulge looked set to mount Wednesday as the European plane maker confirmed delivery delays of up to six months. "We've now spoken to A380 customers and told them how they will be affected," Airbus spokesman David Velupillai said. "The delays range from two to six months depending on the customer." Airbus, which is betting on the A380 to maintain the lead it took over U.S. rival Boeing Co. in 2003, had warned launch customer Singapore Airlines Ltd. in April that it would...
