Video: William Shatner – How Gun Control Works In this video the man most famous for playing Captain Kirk on Star Trek, and who starred as Denny Crane on ABC’s Boston Legal, offers a view on gun control not normally seen on television. Cool, calm, collected and right on target. This is how you do it. Priceless! Video link

On his Ora TV show "Off The Grid," host Jesse Ventura asked actor William Shatner who he supported for president in 2016. Shatner said he believed former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is the only candidate, who can unite the political parties and bring the country together...

Great video of Shatner as Denny Crane being considered for run as a fictional Republican presidential candidate. Yes, it was made as part of Boston Legal to make Republicans look bad, but like most Hollywood types, they don't understand that what they consider jokes and bad positions are really so very close to the feelings of many Americans who are fed up with Big Government Washington. Yes, it is satire... and it's fun.... but... there are lessons here. .

Guns have figured frequently in “Boston Legal,” with Denny Crane (William Shatner) using them defensively from time to time. Recently, in episode 3 of season 5 (”Dances with Wolves“), Denny fired a gun to defend himself from a robber who also had a gun. The robber was not really threatening, and as Denny’s friend and fellow partner Alan Shore (James Spader) asked him: ”Did you absolutely have to shoot [the robber]? Three times? In both feet?” Obviously the answer to all three questions was, “No.” I don’t mind the humor in these shows. In fact, I laugh along with everyone...

RUSH: We have a montage of Drive-By Media, CNN's -- well, not just CNN. There's some other people on here, mostly CNN, some from ABC, one from Fox, NBC. Yesterday at the White House, President Bush had a meeting with Presidents Karzai and Musharraf, and they came out and they met the media, and apparently there was not a handshake at the end of the deal between Musharraf and Karzai. That became the subject. That was yesterday's media "gravitas." SYLER: President Bush hosted Presidents Karzai of Afghanistan and Musharraf of Pakistan at dinner but could not get them to shake...

Question for those who watched this weeks Boston Legal. I have the distinct impression that two of the main characters, close buddies Denny Crane and Alan Shore, will soon have a 'brokeback mountain' episode. The writers have already had them sleeping in the same room on a fishing trip, then sharing a bed to combat Alan's 'night terrors'. Now Alan is moving in with Denny to comfort him through his recent marriage/divorce. The writers repeatedly use the Denny Crane character as a useful conservative idiot. This season, each episode has become more ultra-liberal agenda pushing than the next. It truly...

Memorandum To: The employees of Crane, Poole, & Schmidt From: Farfalla Caquí Re: Denny Crane/Alan Shore It has come to my attention that two attorneys at this firm have been engaging in a same-sex affair over the past few months. If clients do not wish to read fanfiction about such a situation, they are invited to read botanical information about the canistel (Pouteria campechiana) instead. Please note the ratings on each story, and proceed with caution--or enthusiasm--as your preference dictates. Thank you for your attention. Farfalla

We're a blue state! God has no place here. Massachussetts is a blue state. God has no place here. It's a good feeling, you know, to shoot a bad guy. Something you Democrats would never understand. Americans... we're homesteaders, we want a safe home, keep the money we make, and shoot bad guys. Lock and load! There are two places to find the truth. First God and then Fox News.

William Shatner has put out a cd of music and one poem. It is great, it stands as an artistic achievement. I am not kidding it at once rocks, is deeply personal, very funny, poignant and moving. It is called "Has Been" and I like it so much that I wanted to recomend it to everybody. Some of the contributing artist are Ben Folds, Joe Jackson, Aimee Mann, Brad Paisley, Henry Rollins and Adrian Belue(spelling?) Check it out you will not be sorry
