  • Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI, MAJ, HI ARNG) on Mueller Probe Results (May be surprising)

I strongly supported Mueller being allowed to complete his investigation and submit his findings. Now that Mueller has found no collusion took place, we need to set aside our partisan interests and recognize that finding the president of the United States not guilty of conspiring with a foreign power to interfere with our elections is a good thing for America. If the president of the United States had been indicted for conspiring with Russia to interfere with and affect the outcome of our elections it would have precipitated a terribly divisive crisis that could have even led to civil war....

Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbert may not win the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination but she may have just made the most poignant political observation of our times. Notably, in commenting on special counsel Robert Mueller’s finding of no collusion between the 2016 Trump campaign and Russia (because it was a hoax) likely avoided a second civil war in America. She also said it is time for the extremes of both parties to come together for the good of the country. Pretty powerful stuff. “I strongly supported Mueller being allowed to complete his investigation and submit his findings,” Gabbard said in the...
  • Congressman Ratcliffe Rips Mueller For Making Up a Bogus Standard of Guilt for President Trump

On Wednesday morning, former Special Counsel Robert Mueller testified in front of the House Judiciary Committee about his 448-page report. It was released to the public in April after a two-year-long investigation. Republican Congressman John Ratcliffe didn't waste any time with his brief, five minute questioning period and ripped Mueller for making up a standard of guilt only applicable to President Trump. "Now your report, and today you said that, 'All times the Special Counsel team operated under, was guided by, and followed Justice Department policies and principles,' so which DOJ policy or principle sets forth a legal standard...
  • Exoneration On Obstruction Too!

Exoneration on obstruction too! The attorney general quotes the special counsel's report: The Special Counsel’s report states that "“while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him." (Emphasis supplied) In this that half of the investigation in which the special counsel was to act not as an investigator determining whether foreign interference in our election occurred with the "coordination" of the president or his associates, the special counsel was charged to act as a prosecutor to pursue any crime of obstruction of justice. A prosecutor does not behave like a clone...
  • CLAIM: ‘Compelling evidence’ will soon ‘exonerate’ Judge Kavanaugh

Bombshell: A former law clerk for the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia has made a bold claim on Twitter — that embattled SCOTUS nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh will be exonerated within a week, based on “compelling evidence.” POTUS Donald Trump’s second high court pick has been accused of sexual assault — from 36 years ago while in high school — by Palo Alto Prof. Christine Blasey Ford, who made the allegations on a letter allegedly passed to Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., in July. For his part, Kavanaugh has vehemently denied the allegations, even stating that he had no idea...

This Fourth of July weekend, some of the CIA’s dedicated counterterrorism officials will be celebrating more than our nation’s freedom from oppression — they will be celebrating their own. On Thursday, after a grueling two-year investigation, the Justice Department announced that a special prosecutor appointed by Attorney General Eric Holder found no criminal wrongdoing by the CIA officials involved in the agency’s Rendition, Detention and Interrogationprogram.

WAUKEGAN, Ill. — A northern Illinois man jailed on first-degree murder charges in the 2005 stabbing deaths of his daughter and another young girl was a free man Wednesday after prosecutors dropped charges because DNA evidence from the crime scene matched that of another man.

DALLAS Jan 19, 2007 (AP)— In a case that has renewed questions about the quality of Texas justice, a man who spent 10 years behind bars for the rape of a boy has become the 12th person in Dallas County to be cleared by DNA evidence. That is more DNA exonerations than in all of California, and more than in Florida, too. In fact, Dallas County alone has more such cases than all but three states a situation one Texas lawmaker calls an "international embarrassment." James Waller, 50, was exonerated by a judge earlier this week and received an apology...
