A court affidavit says an undercover FBI agent posing as a merchant on the dark web was first contacted about the possible purchase of an unnamed radioactive substance in March by someone with the username “tigolebitties.” The dark web consists of hidden websites that can’t be accessed without special software. The graphic aired during a CNN segment on the "manhunt" for the person or people responsible for the explosives sent to some high-profile Democrats and critics of President Trump this week. Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters (Calif.) said in a new interview that she "ain’t scared" after being targeted by two packages containing pipe bombs.
