Free Republic

All my life, I believed in Republican values -- individual responsibility and limited government. Then it happened; I found myself with a small child, unemployed and disabled. I turned to my church, and after years of regular tithes, suddenly I just wasn't their problem. My Republican friends? I was now a pariah to them. My only relief was to turn to government assistance for housing, food, and other needs and I was able to survive with dignity. So chalk me up as one who no longer drinks the GOP koolaid.

In this war freedom should come first not after! In New Hampshire the Motto is Live free or Die! I don't need Bush spying on law abiding americans and taking our freedoms. I recently read a great book called Amongst The Marines by Steven Preece. I bought a few from the Amazon.com website but this is the one that stood out. Its a perfect example of bullying amongst the military ranks and what this type of behaviour turns people into.

On March 7, 2005, Mr.and Mrs. Miranda arrived home, in Monroe, Walton Co., with their newborn (4th child) bundle of joy. While they're enjoying and bonding with Lil. Alyssa, their two sons were excited to have finally their baby sister home. In the meantime, anxciously awaiting for three o'clock to come, Alyssa's 6 year old sister can't wait to come meet her baby sister. I am very worried for Karl Rove. Ir appears he is going to jail, and I don't want him to end up in a bad place where bad things could happen to him (what were those bad federal prisons referred to in the movie "Office Space?")
