On May 10 a good guy with a gun shot a knife-wielding man who allegedly stabbed four people in a Massachusetts mall. BNO News reports the incident occurred at the Silver City Galleria in Taunton, Massachusetts around 6:30 p.m. The suspect allegedly drove his car into the mall–literally drove in–then got out and began stabbing mall goers. They report four people were stabbed before the knife-wielding man “was shot by an off-duty police officer.”

On Sunday, a peaceful Maine afternoon turned into a scene like something from an action movie, when gunfire erupted in a Walmart parking lot. According to Augusta police, the occupants of two vehicles parked alongside one another were arguing over money when they suddenly began exchanging a barrage of bullets. However, it wasn’t long before — as WGME reports — a pair of bystanders stepped in, ending the chaotic situation before it could turn into something far more tragic.

The killer, Devin Kelley, was shooting the wounded when Willeford showed up with a rifle.
