SALT LAKE CITY — Reports emerged last week that some Republican donors are encouraging Utah Sen. Mitt Romney to run against President Donald Trump in 2020, and Romney addressed those rumors Thursday by saying there is "no circumstance I can conceive of that would have me running for national office again.” But that isn't stopping some Republicans from trying to change his mind. Gore, who has championed climate issues since losing the 2000 presidential race, posted a note on his blog that praised Romney for being consistent on his position that humans have contributed to rising global temperatures. "Good for Mitt Romney — though we've long passed the point where weak lip-service is enough on the Climate Crisis," Gore wrote. "While other Republicans are running from the truth, he...

So who should President Obama appoint to be his health care reform implementation czar?
