Fresh from his preposterous antics in the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on the Kavanaugh nomination to the Supreme Court in which he characterized himself as a "Spartacus fighting against tyranny," Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) brushed aside Wall Street Journal reporter Byron Tau's attempt to ask him a question about it, asserting that "it is unconstitutional for anyone to question me about anything I said in Congress in any other place." Booker's heroic moment came when he made a show of releasing what he called "wrongly classified documents that Republicans are trying to hide from the American people. I know that...

Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) described a pocket-sized version of the U.S. Constitution belonging to Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh as “that book you carry,” on day four of the judge’s confirmation hearing. Kavanaugh replied, “Three points I believe, senator, first the constitution, it is in the book that I carry. The constitution protects unenumerated rights. That’s what the Supreme Court has said.”

Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) described a pocket-sized version of the U.S. Constitution belonging to Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh as “that book you carry,” on day three of the judge’s confirmation hearing. Asking Judge Kavanaugh which unenumerated rights he would do away with, Harris said: I’m going to ask you about unenumerated rights. You gave a speech praising former Justice Rehnquist’s dissent in Rhodes, there’s been much discussion about that, and you wrote, quote, celebrating his success, that ‘success in stemming the general tide of free-wheeling judicial creation of unenumerated rights,’ that is what you said in celebration of Justice...

Democratic Senator Kamala Harris referred to SCOTUS nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s pocket Constitution as “that book you carry” on Thursday. Harris was listing what she believes to be unenumerated rights that are not explicitly listed in the U.S. Constitution and asked Kavanaugh which ones he would get rid of.

The Minister for Health has said women in Northern Ireland will be able to access abortion services in the Republic when the legislation is introduced here. Speaking in Belfast this evening, Simon Harris said his concern for a woman’s right to access health services in crisis pregnancies situations does not stop at the border. He said while he respects the abortion law in northern Ireland, he hopes it is addressed in the near future. Britain’s Abortion Act does not extend to Northern Ireland and an abortion is only allowed if a woman’s life is at risk, or if there is...

Kamala Harris attacked critics of “identity politics”. Elizabeth Warren insisted that Democrats could be both the “party of the white working class and the party of Black Lives Matter” while calling the American criminal justice system “racist”. And Cory Booker said it was time “to get folk woke”. At the Netroots Nation conference in New Orleans on Friday, leading Democratic presidential hopefuls embraced the concept of intersectionality, viewing any conflict between economic populism and racial and social justice as a false choice. “I have a problem with that phrase, ‘identity politics,’” said Kamala Harris, the junior Democratic senator from California,...

Michael Avenatti, the attorney representing Stormy Daniels in her lawsuit against President Donald Trump, revealed another pre-2016 election “hush money” development in the ongoing scandal enveloping Trump during an appearance in West Hollywood Thursday night. “We represent three additional women that you haven’t heard about yet. We’re in the process of getting clearance from those clients to release details relating to those payments and the efforts to silence those women by AMI, Donald Trump, and Michael Cohen, and I will tell you that at least one of those women claimed to be pregnant at the time, “Avenati said. “So we’re...

Media darling and Democrat Senator Kamala Harris tweeted on Monday about the power of the Supreme Court. Kamala Harris: Two decades after Brown v. Board, I was only the second class to integrate at Berkeley public schools. Without that decision, I likely would not have become a lawyer and eventually be elected a Senator from California. That’s the power a Supreme Court Justice holds. There’s just one problem — Everything about that tweet is a lie.

Some Democrats said they don’t have to wait for President Trump to pick a Supreme Court nominee — they’re voting “No” regardless of who he names. Sen. Bob Casey became the latest one, saying Monday that the entire process the president has followed was “corrupt” because he was working from a list he wrote with the help of the conservative Heritage Foundation and Federalist Society. Mr. Casey, Pennsylvania Democrat, said both of those groups have ties to corporations and he rejected anything that had their input. “Any judge on this list is fruit of a corrupt process straight from the...

Judicial Watch Sues for Documents on Mueller’s Abusive Raid on Trump’s Lawyers In April, Special Counsel Mueller and the DOJ crossed yet another bridge too far, when Mueller recommended, and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein approved, a raid on President Trump’s then-personal attorney’s home and office. At the time of the raid, I tweeted: “The raid is just one more reason to shut the Mueller operation down – it’s constitutionally suspect, ethically compromised, & frankly has no reason for being – given the fact that there’s no evidence of @RealDonaldTrump-Russia collusion.” Judicial Watch began an investigation that has resulted...

Even though the Fourth of July is seen as a holiday of unity for all Americans, there were still some in the political world who chose to use the holiday to send a partisan message. In particular, Democratic Senator and potential 2020 candidate Kamala Harris tweeted odd political commentary on Wednesday’s holiday, erroneously claiming that “eight immigrants” signed the Declaration of Independence. ....The point is also strange because America was not an independent nation at the time and therefore had no immigration laws of its own yet. It is safe to say the internet reacted badly to the Democrat Senator’s...

“PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES MUST BE VETTED” December 4, 2017 Dear Ms. Harris: My name is Gary Wilmott and I reside in Southern California. I couldn’t help but notice that the press has recently been extolling you as the next “Obama” and the inevitable frontrunner for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2020. While this growing presidential buzz may be quite intoxicating for you, I suggest that you take a serious look at Article II of the U.S. Constitution, i.e., the presidential eligibility clause. Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 mandates that a president be a NATURAL-born citizen, which you clearly are not....

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) on Saturday joined calls from the left to get rid of Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE), saying it should be replaced with something new. “The president's deeply immoral actions have made it obvious we need to rebuild our immigration system from top to bottom starting by replacing ICE with something that reflects our morality and that works,” Warren said during a rally in Boston. “President Trump seems to think that the only way to have immigration rule is to rip parents from their family, is to treat rape victims and refugees like terrorists, and to put...

Fox News’s Harris Faulkner is on a mission to bring her military upbringing-inspired rules to live by to the rest of the world — including lawmakers locked in never-ending political battles. “What I hope is what I’m giving people is a way to negotiate. You don’t get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate,” the “Outnumbered” co-host tells ITK of her new book, “9 Rules of Engagement: A Military Brat’s Guide to Life and Success.” “Politicians say, ‘Oh you know, politics is a blood sport.’ I mean, what’s the opposite of that?” Harris asks. “We had one political campaign...

U.S. Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif., remained mute about her 2020 ambitions Thursday during a town hall meeting in her home state, but attacked the Trump administration’s immigration policies as “immoral” and said she supports a ban on “weapons of war.” “This administration, as far as I’m concerned, has put a target on California’s back and we’re going to need to fight this,” Harris told a crowd of more than 1,000 people in the San Fernando Valley, many of whom were young students, the Los Angeles Daily News reported. She criticized the administration's zero-tolerance policy on illegal immigration, which has led...

The incessant smear campaigns by the progressive socialists must stop. It is apparent that this is the weapon of choice among the leftists who inhabit the Deep State and the media. The fact that they act the way they do, venturing well outside the rule of law or even basic decency is nothing more than the fact that they feel morally superior and indispensable. The morality of the past and the affirmation that people can disagree civilly is now gone. Any deviation from moving forward to make the world as they want it must be destroyed and any means are...

The question of whether torture is immoral does not have quite the yes or no answer that California Senator and posturing Democratic presidential wannabe Kamala Harris implied it had during the questioning of CIA nominee Gina Haspel. Classic torture is the intentional infliction of excruciating pain and permanent injury. Merely pouring water down the nostrils of a terrorist does not meet that classic definition.

Once again, Democrats like Kamala Harris fall silent when confronted with facts. The California senator was shredded on Twiitter by actor James Woods when she whined about illegal immigrants not getting “critical health care.” “This is just wrong,” Harris tweeted, linking to an article in the Los Angeles Times claiming that those who entered in to the U.S. illegally are afraid to seek medical care for fear of being deported.

You make a good point, Kamala Harris. A society that doesn’t value children’s lives *is* sort of garbage, isn’t it? I’m glad we’re all on the same page here. You would think Harris would be at least minimally self-aware enough not to refer to “babies” when describing callousness towards children dying. That’s how little regard the left has for life in the womb.

FULL TITLE: Kamala Harris: ‘I Support’ Oakland Mayor Who Helped Criminal Illegal Aliens Evade Deportation ‘100 Percent’ Senator and potential 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris (D-CA) says she “100 percent” supports Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf’s (D) decision to help criminal illegal aliens evade deportation ahead of a raid by federal immigration officials. During a fundraiser for the YMCA’s “Y for Youth Luncheon,” Harris defended Schaaf, who made national headlines last month when she warned criminal illegal aliens of a coming raid in Oakland by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency. Subsequently, Schaaf helped many criminal illegal aliens with...
