    On March 9, 2005 at 10:00 a.m., the Senate Finance Committee will consider the Personal Responsibility, Work, and Family Promotion Act of 2005,  S.105,better known as Welfare Reform.  In this bill is the Title V A-H definition of abstinence education.  There is a credible threat that Sen.     Chemical castration of a man with AIDS convicted of sexually assaulting a 4-year-old boy at Lake Tahoe has been upheld by a state court. Rudolph Christopher Steele, 43, of South Lake Tahoe had appealed the El Dorado County Superior Court sentence for his 2003 conviction by a jury on sodomy and oral copulation charges.
