A 26-year-old Haitian national has been charged with raping a 14-year-old girl at a Massachusetts hotel being used to house illegal immigrants under the Gov. Maura Healey administration.Cory Alvarez was arraigned on the charges of child rape on Thursday, March 14, at the Hingham District Court.
