Apparently, long service in the military makes you an expert on kooky fun-houses. The company behind childrens' restaurant chain Chuck E. Cheese picked retired four-star Gen. Tommy Franks to help them expand their brand. Franks was elected to the company's board of directors on March 26, CEC Entertainment said Monday.
