Joshua and Kelly Ziminski were captured many times on video rioting on August 25, 2020 during the Kenosha Riots. Kelly pleaded guilty to Obstructing an Officer and Failure to Comply with Emergency Management Order of Local Government, both misdemeanors. Joshua is currently out on bond for Arson (Felony), Disorderly Conduct / Use of a Dangerous Weapon (Misdemeanor), and Obstructing an officer for his role in the rioting and lighting a trailer on fire. Kenosha County Circuit Judge Bruce Schroeder has the eyes of the nation on him right now. During trial Thursday, Schroeder made a racial comment that has caused outrage on social media. Many believe the quip, which was an attempt at a joke, was inappropriate. “I hope the Asian food isn’t coming ... isn’t on one of those boats along Long Beach Harbor," said Schroeder in response to an inquiry for a lunch break. The comment may be in regard to the situation unfolding on the west coast. A record-breaking number of cargo ships are waiting off the coast of California...

In the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse, it's the second tough morning in a row for the liberal media, and good news for the defense. Yesterday, we noted how Morning Joe had to acknowledge that the prosecution of Rittenhouse was "falling apart" after a prosecution witness admitted that the defendant hadn't fired until the witness pointed his gun at him. This morning, it was CNN's turn to be in the barrel. New Day co-host John Berman tried to shift focus to what he described as the "bonkers" behavior of the trial judge, Bruce Schroeder. And repeated references were made to "criticism"...

A federal judge on Monday night upheld North Carolina’s voter ID law, the Charlotte Observer reported. Judge Thomas Schroeder issued a 485-page ruling posted online Monday evening, dismissing all claims in the challenge to the state’s 2013 election law overhaul. Schroeder, appointed by George W. Bush, also upheld portions of the law that cut the number of days people could vote early and eliminated same-day registration and voting allowances. "This ruling further affirms that requiring a photo ID in order to vote is not only common-sense, it's constitutional," Gov. Pat McCrory said in a statement. Opponents immediately condemned the decision....
