CLEVELAND, Texas – Four more Cleveland ISD students were arrested Friday in connection with the alleged gang rape of an 11-year-old middle school student, district officials said. Police say five people were treated Saturday night at the scene of the awards ceremony, which honors local rap, hip-hop and R&B performers.
