The tagline “keep Portland weird” never really seems to go out of style. The Oregon city’s mayor will shortly be rolling out a new program designed to expand the city’s police force. Given all the Antifa violence they’re dealing with, that sounds like a good idea. But these new officers aren’t exactly cops. They’re Public Safety Support Specialists or PS3s, and they won’t be carrying firearms or responding to emergency calls. So what exactly are they going to be doing?

A Portland artist is sending one bold message to Donald Trump and she's using her own blood to do it. Sarah Levy painted a portrait of the Republican presidential candidate using her menstrual blood. Levy tells FOX 12 it’s all in response to a controversial comment trump made about FOX debate moderator Megyn Kelly. Following the Republican presidential debate on Fox News, Trump said of moderator Kelly: "You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes. Blood coming out of her wherever." Levy says if trump thinks he can bring up a woman's period to insult their intelligence,...

The City Council is expected to vote Wednesday on the concept, which has proved wildly popular in other American cities and across Europe. "We essentially expect this to be used by everybody -- tourists, businesspeople,...

Self-described pedophile Jack McClellan, who fled Washington and California amid public outrage over his habit of photographing young girls, said Wednesday that he has moved to Portland and plans to stay. The 45-year-old McClellan has drawn national attention in recent months from media and concerned parents over a now-defunct Web site that featured photos he took of young girls in public places. McClellan admits he is sexually attracted to young girls, though he said Wednesday he has not and will not do anything illegal. He said he won't take pictures of children anymore because he now "sees it from the...
