A 22-year-old University of New Hampshire student was found dead Sunday afternoon in a marshy area near the campus after he was reported missing a day earlier, authorities said. Vincenzo Lirosi disappeared after a night of drinking, police said, and he was last seen early Saturday morning shortly after leaving a fraternity party where he reportedly got into a fight, a pal of his, Jordan Blanchard, told WMUR-TV. “It’s pretty uncharacteristic of him,” Blanchard told the news station. “This is his first fight ever.”

A freelance CNN contributor reportedly tweeted praise for Hitler on Sunday amid the ongoing hostilities between Israel and Hamas. In a since-deleted post, Adeel Raja, a journalist based out of Pakistan, wrote, “the world today needs a Hitler,” the Washington Examiner reported. Raja has freelanced for CNN since 2013, according to his LinkedIn account, working on several stories for the network during that time, the report said. After learning of the post, CNN cut ties with Raja.

Anti-police protests erupted Sunday night in Kenosha, Wisconsin, just hours after a police officer was filmed shooting a black man in the back as he tried to enter his car. Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Monday night signed legislation granting driver’s licenses to illegal immigrants — just hours after the controversial measure passed the state Senate.
