LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The brother of Stephen Paddock has been arrested on child pornography charges, reports TMZ. The website says Bruce Paddock was taken into custody on Wednesday morning in North Hollywood at an assisted living home. TMZ says before the shooting, police were unable to locate Bruce, and were notified he lived at an assisted living facility after the tragedy.
