Twin Zimbabwean brothers, who dressed in goatskin loincloths to promote traditional African values, were charged with indecent exposure and jailed to await psychiatric tests, court officials said Friday. Harare magistrate Mishrod Guvamombe ordered the 22-year-old twins, Tafadzwa and Tapiwanashe Fichiani, held in custody to reappear in court on indecency charges Feb. 2 when psychiatric reports will be considered.
