The URL now leads to a domain-for-sale site. Uncle Earl's was (is?) the best site for streaming classic TV shows online. It was free and had no ads. Virtually every notable TV series from the 50s through the 70s & beyond was there, from classic westerns to private eye shows. For a while now westerns on Uncle Earl's have been all I watch. Anyone have any info on what is going on with UE? Also, any suggestions for sites to replace it?

Been a Good Run, my 10 year Anniversary is in 3 days, I can't Trust Myself nor the Mods to make sure I don't say / post something that I'd regret for the rest of my life. I am returning to Lurker Status just for my own safety. I have been known to Post Late in the evening (early morning actually) and holding my tongue does not come naturally, once liberated it can really speak my mind. Would a forum to invite newbies to ask questions help increase participation?

A precious FREEPER has asked me to post this for a parent who lurks but doesn't post. The parent desires privacy etc. but the FREEPER also wants prayer from so many precious FREEPER prayer warriors who believe in the power of prayer. The parent has been given longer than a year guesstimated to live . . . with all the uncertainties that go with such predictions.

Hello people. What I am about to say may be painful but please bear me out. When I first came to this site I was horrified. I saw only the posts of the neo-conservative extremists (bomb the arab, kill Islam, nuke the middle-east etc.) I was mystified how such folks could exist. I decided to post comments to "test the waters" and get a feel for this site. As I did so I was banned numerous times. I testified if this site was anti-semantic (as naturally I thought this site was so far right to be anti-sematic) by making dubiosly...

I wanted to know what a "Lurker" was. I Googled the tag and came across this website... Hannity was in Roanoke, VA on Friday, 11/1 for his book tour. By winning a contest on our local talk radio station, I was able to ride in the Limo with Sean to the airport. I asked him if he was a Freeper, and he said he doesn't have a lot of time to spend on the internet but he Lurks frequently. Sean is extremely nice, genuine and his success has definitely not gone to his head.
