A conservative super PAC that is urging Republicans to target the mainstream media in campaign messages is expanding its ad buy, entering the Arizona race for Senate with TC spots targeting Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ).As Breitbart News reported last month, the Frontiers of Freedom Action (FFA) super PAC placed ads in regional markets in upstate New York, urging voters to consider the “bargain” that Senate Majority Leader Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) allegedly made to avoid a difficult primary challenge from the likes of democratic socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY): if he would vote and govern from the left, he would...

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell will attend a fundraiser for Arizona Republican Blake Masters later in September, a source familiar with the scheduling told the Daily Caller.McConnell attended a similar fundraiser for Masters Tuesday evening, where the two Republicans had a “good meeting,” the source said. The planning represents a hatchet-burying for the GOP Senate leader and the ex-venture capitalist. McConnell and other top Republicans have reportedly worried at length about numbers showing Masters trailing incumbent Democratic Sen. Mark Kelly in both fundraising and polling.*** Masters continuously blasted McConnell during a fractured Republican primary, promising not to support him for...

***GOP Senate-nominee Blake Masters, endorsed by former President Donald Trump, trails incumbent Sen. Mark Kelly, D-Ariz. .... by just 3.3 points ….In the governor's race, Trump-endorsed Kari Lake (46.5%) is leading Democrat Katie Hobbs (45.8%) by just a fraction of a point …The close races are notable just days after the Senate Leadership Fund (SLF), a super PAC tied to Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., pulled about $8 million worth of television, radio, and digital spending in Arizona throughout September."We're leaving the door wide open in Arizona but we want to move additional resources to other offensive opportunities that...

Mark Kelly (D-AZ) has voted for “the most extreme abortion laws” in the country.Masters, who hopes to oust Kelly during the 2022 midterm elections, said that Kelly has voted for some of the “most extreme abortion laws in the country.”The Arizona populist released a video explaining how Kelly is lying about his views on abortion. Here’s the truth:”***“Mark Kelly votes...

Republican gains in the Senate are looking less rosy right now for a lot of reasons. … Democrat donors from safe blue states are pouring money in to these same races at around a two-to-one ratio to crush the Republican nominee. Of the 10 top-raising Senate candidates, six are Democrats in competitive races. ...***And don't get me started on the ridiculous polls design to demoralize conservatives into thinking they can't win, thus reducing donations and votes. All I can say is that it happens every time, and nobody should fall for it.Let's first look at the situation in a few...

Republican leaders and megadonors are warning Arizona GOP Senate candidate Blake Masters to improve his fundraising or else be doomed in his bid to unseat Democratic Sen. Mark Kelly in November's election, according to people familiar with the matter. Masters has received urgent private calls in recent weeks from GOP leaders like Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla., the head of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, these people explained. The NRSC is the official campaign arm for the Senate GOP, and has spent over $6 million taking on Masters' rival Kelly, according to data from the nonpartisan OpenSecrets. Kelly's seat has long...

Arizona Republicans are nominating an entire cast of characters who argue not only that Donald Trump won the election in 2020, but also that the state’s results should be decertified—a process for which there is no legal basis. These Trump-endorsed candidates—Kari Lake for governor, Mark Finchem for secretary of state, Abraham Hamadeh for attorney general, Blake Masters for senator—all won their respective primaries this week and are now one election away from political power. “Stop the Steal” candidates are running—and winning—all over the country. But Arizona concentrates a lot of them within a single geographic area—like an ant farm of...

Tiger Woods has his first birdie of the day. Playing the 180-yard par-3 sixth, Woods hit a spectacular 6-iron that dropped just two feet from the hole. There would be no lip out this time. Six players are under par in the tournament and Woods is now one of them after five straight pars followed by the birdie. If there was any doubt about the state of Woods’ game after the long layoff and recovery from injury, so far, so good.
