Catholic League President Bill Donohue praised Thursday’s Supreme Court’s ruling in Fulton v. The Supreme Court unanimously overturned a lower court ruling that allowed the City of Philadelphia to ban Catholic Social Services from participating in the city's foster care program, saying the city violated the organization's First Amendment rights.
